You may have noticed.....

You may have noticed that our inventory is VERY limited right now! Thanks to our new friend Emily we are almost sold out! Emily is opening a salon off of Grand Avenue and thought that the furniture would be perfect for Salon! We will be delivering several pieces this weekend and will for sure get some pictures and some details and be sure to share them with you. For now, bear with us! We have some super cute end tables coming shortly and will be on the hunt this whole weekend for new pieces. I am even going to small town MN so you know I will find some good stuff!

Basement Bathroom

This is one of our favorite rooms in our house. It is the first room that we completed on our own (ever!) from the ground up. We are still so proud of it!

Love the Bowl Sink, however...learn from our mistakes and do NOT get a clear bowl. Those dang water spots sure sneak up on you!
I really wanted a long shower curtain which apparently it the one thing in the world they make standard...grrrr. So I used a window panel and got the long length that I was going for.

I love the natural feel of this with the calming colors, the 16x16 slate tiles on the wall, the suede texture for the paint and then the simple decorations.

Too bad it is in the basement and never gets used!

What a mess! Part II

Rome wasn't built in a day people!

Here is my husband hard at work. I would like to point out that I layed that wood floor (espresso stained bamboo) piece by piece! That, the paint and the decor are all I can really take credit for. He did an amazing job!

Why the crappy paint job?

Is that a fireplace? YEP! It is!!!
As you can see to the right on the picture...we have our priorities. No carpet but a huge new TV!

(almost) Final Reveal......coming soon! Still working on that couch. If you know my husband, feel free to put in a good word for it! :)

Ahh, what a mess....

Finishing the basement...something that I believe if you can get through it with your husband you can get through just about anything! :) The Hubster did a GREAT job and I am so completely happy with the results... what a tease huh? Results posted soon :)

Now if I can only get him talked into the couch I want from Crate and Barrel!
